Birational Arakelov geometry
Thursday, 5 June, 2014 - 16:45 to 17:45
Résumé:

Roughly speaking, the purpose of birational geometry is studies of big linear series.
Birational Arakelov geometry is an arithmetic analogue of the above analysis.
In this talk, I will give an overview of the recent development of birational Arakelov geometry
such as arithmetic Bogomolov inequality, a higher dimensional analogue of
Dirichlet unit theorem and so on.
