14.17.1 Centered tetrahedra: centered_tetrahedron
The centered_tetrahedron command creates a regular
tetrahedron.

centered_tetrahedron command takes three arguments:
A,B,C, three points.
- centered_tetrahedron(A,B,C) returns and draws the
tetrahedron centered at A, with a vertex at B and another vertex
on the plane ABC.
