On fundamental solutions to fractional heat equations with a divergence free drift term

In this talk we discuss the fractional heat equations in the presence of a divergence free drift term. Under suitable regularity conditions which reflect a scaling property, we prove the existence of the associated fundamental solutions satisfying the space-time decay and continuity estimates. This is a joint work with Hideyuki Miura (Osaka University, Japan).
