Matrix of a system : `syst2mat`

`syst2mat` takes two vector as argument. The components of the
first vector are the equations of a linear system and the components of the
second vector are the variable names.

`syst2mat` returns the augmented matrix of the system *AX* = *B*,
obtained by gluing the column vector - *B*
to the right of the matrix *A*.

Input :
`syst2mat([x+y,x-y-2],[x,y])`

Output :
`[[1,1,0],[1,-1,-2]]`

Input :
`syst2mat([x+y=0,x-y=2],[x,y])`

Output :
`[[1,1,0],[1,-1,-2]]`

**Warning !!!**

The variables (here `x` and `y`) must be purged.
