It will include a discussion of direct construction processes dealing with bottlenecks and opportunities. The development of settings whereby different approaches can be compared will be emphasized, since it leads to non-traditional complexity measures. Hard counts of what might be expected at the end of various constructions, in several cases of interest, will be given. \end{document} Wolmer Vasconcelos Department of Mathematics Hill Center for the Mathematical Sciences Rutgers University 110 Frelinghuysen Road Piscataway, NJ 08854-8019 Fax: 732/445-5530 Tel: 732/445-2370 http://www.math.rutgers.edu/~vasconce/
